petsjolly began with a radical premise: What if a café was built around the physiological and emotional wellbeing of animals first, and humans second? Founded in 2024, our space discards generic commercial animal cafe models in favor of an authentic sanctuary environment.

- Animals must never be forcefully held, picked up, restrained, or woken up while sleeping.
- Human food and beverages must NOT be fed to animals under any circumstances. Only designated café treats may be offered under staff supervision.
- Flash photography is strictly prohibited inside the animal lounge areas.
- Children under 12 years old must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
3. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Reservations made online are subject to confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled visit time may forfeit booking fees.
